Description

"TAURUS" uses layers of vintage fabrics, digitally enhanced and painted, to form the groundwork for this richly-colored print. The process I use creates many layers of imagery; some images in the ZODIAQUE collection wind up using over 100 individual, usually transparent layers to create certain effects and color renderings. The beauty of the process is that there is always a surprise element in the rendering, as it requires a lot of simple play to unveil the possibilities-- I love the tattooed look that became evident in the body of the Bull.
