A totally adequate purchase - nothing outstanding, nothing problematic. Since the original was one of your stock images, I cannot speak to whether this was a clear image, besides which the original was a watercolor, so clarity is not essential to the success of the image. I predict that a larger image would lack clarity. But I'm generally satisfied.

My husband and I had a lovely trip to Paris and southern France last July. While on a bus trip we were able to take a photo of this cafe that we share a name with. Our photo was a little blurry and not good for enlargement. Your wonderful photo now hangs in our own kitchen as a nice reminder of that trip. It is beautiful and of very good quality. We love it. Thank you Mary Flore

Beautiful picture. Grew up on northshore so wanted something from there. Metal picture really shows the colors and picture quality is very clear.

This is one of three pieces that I am adding to my collection. Once I have received the other two pieces I will be happy to provide a photograph of the display. The quality of the art piece is exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase even more pieces!

The old cypress, sitting on a rocky outcropping at Spanish Bay near Monterey, Carmel and Pebble Beach along the 17 Mile Drive on the Monterey Peninsular, CA, was a sapling when the Spanish named Monterey the capital of Baja (lower) and Alta (upper) California. The first reported reference to the tree in the Monterey Cypress (newspaper) on January 19, 1889 was written by R. Fitch. "Rounding a short curve on the beach, we approach Cypress Point, the boldest headland on the peninsula of Monterey. Down almost to the water grows the cypress, and on the extreme point a solitary tree has sunk its roots in the crevices of the wave-washed rock, and defies the battle of the elements that rage about it during the storms of winter."
The tree has been photographed by Ansel Adams and Edward Weston and painted by many, merely to place the viewer on this stunning stretch of coastline between Monterey and Big Sur. This lone cypress, one of 10 most magnificent trees in the world...
