Lamborghini
Lamborghini Automobili is an Italian manufacturer of luxury automobiles, wholly owned by the German group Volkswagen through Audi. Founded in 1963 by Ferruccio Lamborghini, the founder of Lamborghini Trattori, the headquarters and the only production plant have always been located in Sant'Agata Bolognese, where 1,300 employees work. Although it is prosaically the result of an entrepreneurial project begun some time before, the founding of the Lamborghini is traditionally traced back to a real quarrel between Enzo Ferrari and Ferruccio Lamborghini. The latter, already an established industrialist who built tractors, boilers and air conditioners, owned a Ferrari 250 GT of which he was not fully satisfied. He turned to the Commendatore himself to complain about the malfunction of the transmission and to give him advice, but Ferrari, proudly annoyed that the client wanted to teach him the trade, told him: "What do you want to know about auto driving tractors?" In response Lamborghini decided to start the construction of a car that was "perfect even if not particularly revolutionary". The Lamborghini automobiles was founded on May 7, 1963
